We have launched the Devrecar Membership system as a result of the failure to legislate the rent-a-car system in Turkey, and the increasing difficulties faced by customers due to companies implementing their own rules for rentals. Our aim is to provide Turkish citizens living abroad or foreign guests with residence in Turkey the most suitable conditions for economical, safe, and risk-free car rentals, while also turning this into an economic benefit. With the membership fee you provide us, you will have the opportunity for 4 years of free car rental.

The participation fee is the amount charged to join the Devrecar membership system.
It is determined based on the most economical petrol vehicle in Turkey.
Our members are provided with a Company Bond certified by the Turkish Republic Notary.
The Notarized Company Bond is valid for 4 years, and the membership terms are written on the back of the bond.

Devrecar membership system has a minimum duration of 4 years.
In the Devrecar membership system, members do not have the right to terminate/withdraw in the 1st year. They have the right to transfer to 2nd parties.
In the Devrecar membership system, if a member wants to withdraw in the 2nd year, they can receive their participation fee back with a 15% deduction. (regardless of the rental periods)
If a member wants to withdraw in the 3rd year, they can receive their participation fee back with a 10% deduction. (regardless of the rental periods)
If a member wants to withdraw in the 4th year (regardless of the rental periods), they can leave with their deposited participation fee along with a 10% contribution fee.
