How Can I Become a Member?

Participation Fee and Pricing:
The participation fee for entering the system is calculated fairly and currently, based on the most economical gasoline vehicle segment in the Turkish automobile market.
Legal Guarantee:
All members who have made their payment are provided with a Turkish Republic Notary Public-approved Company Deed as a guarantee for their investment.
Official Commitment:
This notary-certified deed has a validity period of 4 years. Membership terms, your rights, and all details regarding the operation of the system are clearly stated and signed on the back of the deed. Thus, every penny you pay is protected by a document approved by official authorities.
Membership Termination and Transfer Information
Devrecar offers its members flexible termination options with certain financial guarantees. The process works as follows:
1. Term and Transfer:
Membership lasts for 4 years. While there is no right to withdraw in the first year, members can transfer their usage rights to whomever they wish in the presence of a notary.
2. Year Refund Condition:
Members who wish to leave at the end of the second year will have their participation fees refunded with a 15% deduction.
3. Year Refund Condition:
Members who wish to leave at the end of the third year will have their participation fees refunded with a 10% deduction.
4. Year Buyback Guarantee:
All participants who terminate their membership at the end of the fourth year can leave the system by receiving their principal back with an additional 5% profit.
These refund conditions apply within the scope of principal protection, regardless of the member's past rental history.
