Şolma Plateau
Prepare to encounter beautiful plant and animal species as you walk around Kulin Mountain for 16 km to reach Şolma Plateau, accompanied by clean air and magnificent views. For those not ready for long walks, minibuses provide transportation to Şolma Plateau, located at an altitude of 1800 m. Colorful flowers and fresh air await you in the plateau. Since there is no accommodation available here, you can bring camping equipment with you or explore and return during the day.
Mavura Plateau
If you want to meet nature waiting for you at Mavura Plateau, start preparing your camping equipment because there is no facility to stay in this plateau either. However, during the plateau season, there are grocery stores, butchers, and greengrocers available. Mavura Plateau, surrounded by forests containing every shade of green, has a delightful dirt road extending 3.5 km between Şolma Plateau and itself.
Kiraz Plateau
There is a dirt road to Kiraz Plateau, located 7 km from Gürgenağaç Village in Maçka. You can crown the irresistible lightness of being at an altitude of 1850 m with the water of streams flowing like ice. On the days you visit the plateau, you can stay in pensions in Hamsiköy and Gürgenağaç. Kiraz Plateau has butcher, grocery, and restaurant options. Those seeking a bit of fun in the peaceful atmosphere of the plateau can fish in the stream or try grass skiing. Every year, on the third Friday of July, the plateau becomes more beautiful with Ayeser Festivals. Minibuses are available to the plateau during the summer months.
Lapazan Plateau
Cool and clean air, lush and untouched nature... If you want to have a peaceful mountain holiday in the Black Sea, you can set out for Lapazan Plateau with your camping equipment. The plateau, located at an altitude of 2200 m, has not yet undergone any infrastructure work. To avoid difficulties on the dirt road leading to the plateau, be sure to start your journey with an off-road vehicle.
