Saklikent Canyon
It is a natural wonder located in Saklıkent National Park, formed by Karaçay, the tributary of Eşen Stream, which draws the border between Antalya and Muğla. Saklıkent Canyon, most of which is located in the Seydikemer district of Muğla, is adjacent to the Kaş district of Antalya.
The canyon, which is formed in a steep and deep structure with the help of fault cracks, on a calcareous land easily eroded by water, reaches 18 km in length and 200 meters in height. Since the bottom of the canyon is filled with heavy flowing water, it is not possible to enter through the water. The canyon, which is entered through the 200-meter wooden bridge attached to the steep slopes of the canyon with iron bars, is a frequent destination for local and foreign tourists visiting the region, especially in summer.
